The First Year Arrowman Award can only be received by new members during their first year in the Order. This award was introduced into the Lodge in 2002, and since then only a handful of arrowmen have earned it. There are only 6 requirements that need to be completed to earn the award. The only thing you need to do is participate. All of the 6 requirements must be completed within 12 months of your induction date.
A First Year Arrowman Card was issued to you in your new member’s packet. With this you will keep track of which requirements you have completed. If you are able to complete all 6 requirements within the 12 months, you will be awarded with a certificate and a once in a lifetime patch. Only new members are allowed to earn this patch, so this is your only chance to earn it. If at any time you have a question, you may contact either your Chapter Chief or the Lodge Committee Chairman listed below.
Lodge Committee Chairman: Michael Burton
Lodge Committee Adviser: Brian Snow
