Leadership

Leadership is defined as ‘the process in which an individual influences the group of individuals to attain a common goal’. The goal is attained by mutual cooperation and cohesive behavior. A leader infuses a sense of positivity and directs others to reach the specified goal.  The goal of our Lodge is to promote camping and encourage cheerful service.  The leadership is only as effective as the feedback they obtain from members and non-members alike.  Please, if you see any of your Lodge or Chapter leaders around let them know what you think about the job they are doing.  What is done right, wrong, made better, easier or faster.  Thoughts from you are what will help us make a better Chapter, Lodge and Council.
